1.   User Acceptance

By using Australian Health & Safety Supplies Pty Ltd website you agree to accept and abide by these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time.

2.   Return of Goods

All return goods must be authorised by Australian Health & Safety Supplies Pty Ltd. Goods returned must be accompanied with a copy of invoice number, details of content, and reason for return. We reserve the right to decide whether returned goods will be replaced, credited or refunded and our decision will be final. If goods are returned without required approval, we will not accept any responsibility for the returned goods.

All return goods must be in unused, unopened condition and original packaging.

No claims for return goods will be accepted if:

  • Goods are returned after 14 days of delivery
  • Goods are returned by other than the original buyer
  • Goods expressly sold on a non-return basis.

Unless incorrect supply by us; damaged or lost in transit; and goods that are faulty or defective as a result of faulty workmanship or materials:

  • Freight cost will be at the Buyer's expense
  • A restocking fee of 20% will be applied.

2.2  Returns Risk

All returned goods are at your risk. You need to ensure that you take out the appropriate insurance against loss of the returned goods whilst in transit, with your carrier.

We recommend that you consider registering and insuring your goods before returning it to us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any responsibility for goods that are lost in transit and not received by us.

3.   Pricing

All product and service prices shown on the website exclude GST and are subject to change at anytime without notice.

4.   Orders

Orders can be placed via the shopping cart on this web site; by email; by fax; or by phone.

    4.1 Order Cancellation

Orders for standard stocked items can be cancelled up to point of dispatch, but not after goods are in transit. Special orders for non-stocked items (e.g. embroidered workwear, screen-printed hard hats etc) may not be cancelled.

5.   Shipping

Depending on stock levels, orders are usually dispatched within 1-7 working days of payment.

Delivery of items is subject to availability, and Australian Health & Safety Supplies cannot accept responsibility or liability for any item it is not able to supply for any reason.

We do not accept responsibility for incorrectly entered shipping information.

We send all of our online orders by Fastway Couriers or Australia Post  If you wish to arrange postage through your own method, please select "Arrange My Own Courier" as the shipping method.6.   Payment Methods

    6.1  Credit Cards

We accept Visa & MasterCard payments.

We offer both over the phone and Online Credit Card transactions. Should you choose to make your payment using the "Secure Online Credit Card Payment" option, you will be transferred to a secure ANZ bank page to enter your Credit Card details and upon completion, your payment will be processed by ANZ in real-time and you will be transferred back to our website.

    6.2  Direct Deposit

We accept payment via Direct Bank Deposit either online or through your local bank branch. Should you choose this method of payment, our bank details will be provided to you when you place your order.

Please make sure you use either the order number or your name as a reference when making the direct deposit to ensure that your payment is seen and processed as quickly as possible. If no reference is used then expect delays in shipping.

    6.3  Cheque and Money Orders

We also accept payment by money order or personal cheque. We do not ship cheque and "money order" orders until the funds have cleared in our account.
